Sneha Jha is a Partner in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where she specializes in private credit.
With over 15 years of legal experience—including a term at Golub Capital and other major international law firms—Sneha brings a 360-degree perspective to complex financial structures, risk management, and strategic governance. Throughout her career, Sneha has maintained deep ties to pro bono work, helping clients navigate complex asylum applications, draft charter and other governance documents for non-profit organizations and prepare 501(c)(3) tax-exempt filings. Her professional journey spans major legal markets in both India and the United States, giving her a deeply rooted, global appreciation for the diverse needs of the South Asian diaspora. Sneha brings both a sharp analytical lens and a strong personal commitment to community leadership. She obtained her LL.M from Harvard Law School and B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law.
