Sana Ali Meghani

Sana Ali Meghani is a social impact leader and strategist with more than a decade of experience helping organizations expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and address systemic barriers. Her leadership is grounded in the principle of Seva, a commitment to selfless service, and shaped by her lived experience as a Pakistani immigrant and first-generation college graduate.

In 2024, Sana co-founded Our Cause, a social impact consulting firm that partners with mission-driven organizations to translate ambitious ideas into strategy, action, and measurable impact. Her career spans higher education, government, nonprofits, and startups, where she has led complex initiatives, built cross-sector partnerships, and helped organizations navigate change and turn shared vision into collective action.

Sana holds a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy from UT Austin. She brings to her board service a deep belief in the power of community, representation, and collective leadership. She is also a proud mother, inspired by her children to help build a more just, joyful, and connected world for future generations.
