Niketa Sheth is a certified Executive Coach with 25 years of experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic, and healthcare sectors.
She specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, team building, and board management, using a mission-driven, equity-centered approach. Named one of City & State’s Most Influential Asian Americans in New York Policy in 2020, Niketa holds an MPA from NYU. She is a longtime advocate for gender-based violence and was formerly the CEO of Womankind and a Board Member of the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault. Niketa also served as SOAR’s Transition Director in 2025-2026.
