Neha Shah Londoño is the Clinical Trial Diversity and Community Engagement Lead at Pfizer where she leads a team responsible for developing and executing global strategies to drive meaningful change for all patients, including underserved and underrepresented populations.
She has spent the past 6 years leading engagement with patients, communities, and advocacy groups to inform trial design, improve recruitment and retention, and increase clinical trial education, awareness, and trust.
Neha has 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning the full scope of clinical operations across early and late-stage development, research, global program oversight in a variety of therapeutic areas.
Her career reflects a steady focus on leveraging her operational expertise to expand access for all. Neha lives in Austin, TX with her husband Julian and their daughters Asha and Zara.
