Jasmeen Waliany is a transformation and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex change, build leadership capability, and drive sustainable growth.

In her current professional role, she partners with executives to design operating models, lead enterprise transformations, and accelerate workforce adoption of emerging technologies. Throughout her career, she has advised organizations across healthcare, financial services, technology, and consumer products, helping leaders align strategy, culture, and organizational design to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Prior to her consulting career, Jasmeen worked in the nonprofit sector, leading fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach initiatives that advanced mission-driven programs and strengthened organizational capacity. She has remained actively engaged in community service and nonprofit leadership through roles with the Junior League, the Aga Khan Foundation, and the Trinity University Alumni Board, where she has supported fundraising, community engagement, volunteer leadership, and initiatives that strengthen organizational impact. Jasmeen is passionate about leveraging her professional expertise and nonprofit experience to advance equity, strengthen communities, and support organizations working to create lasting social change.
